Our New Years Eve fun :)

Today, we went sledding :) Jadon's first time and Joseph's too. 

Jackson got a chance to hit the kiddie slope yesterday (three whole times!). 

We went to a local park and, much to our surprise, we had a prime hill all to ourselves! 

Perfect for the little guys so momma did not have to worry about them getting run over by crazy kids with watchless parents. 

Jadon even went solo! He picked up the jist of what we were doing right out the chute! 

He was going and sitting on the broken sled trying to scoot down the slope on his own!

A Makeover for the New Year

Today is my mom's 56th birthday...her 19th in Heaven. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMA!!!!

This past week we re-did the boys' bedroom and make them sturdy bunk beds after seeing an idea on TheHandmadeDress Blog/Website such a great idea for Triple Bunk beds :) You can find a PDF file on their blog if you search Triple Bunk Bed and tweak it if need be to fit your needs like we did.

Soooo, without further adieu here is the transformation of their room.

WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the life of me I DO NOT understand why this child waits........FULL GRANT. WAITING with the life being STIFLED right out of him day and day out.....the same emptiness and bleakest of existence is ALL he's afforded. WHY???????????????????? I want to scream tonight. I do NOT want to be still....the voices have been calling for TWO YEARS for him. OVER TWO YEARS!!!!!!!!! And in just 3 months and 21 days he will be 12 years old. TWELVE YEARS WITH NO FAMILY. EVER.
