This is a video made by a mom on my Down syndrome board from Babycenter.com, her name is Emily and I have blogged about her previously and the loss her family has endured when her daughter, Gabriella passed away.
Gabby was born June 11th, 2009 and following a successful heart repair surgery, she passed away on November 20th, 2009 due to other complications. This gorgeous baby girl was taken home by her Heavenly Father much too soon for her family left her on Earth. A few days ago, Emily asked for pictures of some of our kids to use in a tribute to Gabby and their church family for all they have done to help them through this hardship. Here is the final video.
Emily, you did a fabulous job. The video is beautiful and I am proud to call you a sister. A sister in Christ and a sister in motherhood. God bless you.
