Jadon is a daddy's boy!

Our visits today were wonderful again. He is allowing me to stroke his legs and his back now. He fell asleep again this afternoon. We will leave early from the morning visits from now I think. I would rather him get his naps in properly than to have us throw off his schedule. He is comfortable enough to snuggle up to me to sleep.

This afternoon we had fun with the ball we found in the downstairs "meeting room". He LAUGHED, GIGGLED and LOVED playing ball with me. The nanny came in twice because of all the laughing! Oh, well. He is clearly a daddy's boy at this point. Normally, when we leave, they take him to his room immediately and then let us out. Well, today the nanny let him see us leave at the door. We said, "Poka, Poka, Jadon (pah-kah, pah-kah means bye-bye) and he said, "Da-da" the nanny smiled said "Da-da" and nearly fell over!

My peanut is even smaller than I thought. This morning he was wearing jeans Basic Edition brand size 12 months. This is either WalMart, KMart or Target brand I believe and he was SWIMMING in them. The length was a wee long but the waist was HUGE. I am grateful I saved my receipts for the stuff I have bought for him--which wasn't much, honestly. I wish I had bought some 9 month and 12 months stuff now and nearly did before I left. We will make do with what we have and be grateful for those items.
