What a wonderful day my family enjoyed today. While I did not receive a "set in stone" date, I did speak with our facilitator this morning. He contacted me, explained what is going on and told them there is a preliminary date. That is good enough for me and I am grateful we learned of it today.

We got up early this morning, got ready and left the house at 9:10 a.m. to head to Indy to spend the day at the zoo. The weather was PERFECT! We spent the first two hours just visiting the animals and then we went back out to the van for lunch. Peanut butter sandwiches, Kool-Aid and chips with pudding for Joseph, peanut butter sandwich with applesauce and string cheese for Jackson, and peanut butter sandwich for Jared with mandarin oranges, string cheese and chips too. Then we went back inside for the dolphin show. Shawn had never seen the dolphin show and was rather impressed. We then rode the train, Jared rode the roller coaster, Shawn & Jackson rode the carousel and then we headed back out to leave.

Drove into Tipton to eat at Pizza Shack for dinner. They have a buffet and it was nice to not have to come home and cook today :)

The boys are all in bed, all 3 have school tomorrow. I am headed to bed soon now. Thank you for the prayers and well wishes for today being the anniversary of mom's passing 17 years ago today. Missing her dearly but also rejoicing in no more sickness or pain for her.
